Terms and Conditions of DinBox TV Subscription

Introduction

By subscribing to DinBox TV services ("The Service"), you ("Subscriber" or "You") enter into a binding agreement with DinBox TV ("We", "Our"), subject to the following terms and conditions. Access and use of The Service are conditional upon acceptance and compliance with these Terms.

Subscription and Access

1. Eligibility: The Service is available to individuals who have completed the free trial period, ensuring compatibility and satisfactory performance with their equipment.

2. Subscription Duration: We offer monthly, yearly, and 2-year subscription plans. The selected plan will determine the duration of access to the Service.

3. Activation: Access to The Service is granted within three minutes after confirming a successful transaction.

Automatic Renewal

4. By purchasing a DinBox TV subscription, the Subscriber agrees to activate the automatic renewal of the subscription. Upon expiration of the subscription period (monthly, yearly, or 2 years), it will automatically renew for a similar period, and the corresponding amount will be automatically charged using the payment method initially used, unless the Subscriber cancels the automatic renewal before the expiration date.

5. Cancellation can be made from the personal account or by sending a notification to DinBox TV support before the renewal date.

6. Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. Cancellation does not entitle the Subscriber to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription term

Changes to Terms

7. Modification: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of The Service after such changes will constitute your consent to such changes.

Bank Fees and Payment Charges

9. Bank fees and payment charges are not included in the service price and must be paid separately by the client.

10. The client is responsible for all costs associated with payment processing, including (but not limited to) fees for international transactions, currency conversion, and any other charges imposed by their bank or payment provider.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and DinBox TV regarding The Service, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
